Returns / Exchange Policy

Please read all conditions on www.shopshoppy.com reserves the right to refuse a return / refund / exchange request.

Please make your claims for "damaged items on delivery" or missing items within 12 hours of receipt of merchandise.

If you decide to return your purchase, we will process your request after deducting 10% of the invoice value (this is to compensate some expenses involving booking and cancellation - please bear with us).

Cancelling an Order

Please inform us either by  email (info@shopnshoppy.com). If you could let us know the reason for cancellation, we will improve our service and perhaps do things a little better next time.

No cancellation charges if the order is cancelled within 48 hours or if the order confirmation is pending.

After 48 hours or after confirming the order - we will process a refund after deducting 10% of the invoice value (this is to compensate certain administrative and other expenses involving booking and cancellation - please bear with us).

 

Process to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. To return an item please drop an email (info@shopnshoppy.com).
  2. All returned items must be in new condition (AS SOLD CONDITION), in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
  3. Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition (eg if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and factory packaging/seals or damaging the product in any way) and must be carefully re-packaged as received.
  4. Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect, in a separate sheet of paper and attach it along with the invoice. Please DO NOT write or mark anywhere on the product's factory packing (carton) or product itself. 
  5. Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 7 days. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 7 days. 
  6. Any 'FREE GIFTS' with the products must also be returned in 'AS NEW' condition. (eg if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and factory packaging/seals or damaging the product in any way) and must be carefully re-packaged as received.
  7. Delivery charges for returning an item(s) are to be paid and are the responsibility of the customer.
  8. Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
